One person, a few good apps

offfwhite is the name I put on the software I make for Apple platforms. There is no team, no roadmap meeting and no growth target — which means the only reason anything ships is that it finally felt right to use.

I design and build every part of it: the icon, the interface, the code underneath and the support email you get a reply from. That is slower than doing it any other way, and it is the reason the apps hang together.

I care most about software that respects the machine it runs on — apps that launch instantly, behave correctly with a keyboard and a screen reader, stay small on disk, and do not phone home. If an app here ever breaks one of those, that is a bug worth emailing me about.
